STEP 1
  • Applicant to send application and CV through e-mail/website www.pp-intl.com OR
  • PPI to approach applicant and request for CV/application


STEP 2
  • PPI to contact applicant to give an overview of job role best suited to the applicant


STEP 3
  • Applicant to confirm understanding of the job role


STEP 4
  • PPI to contact applicant with further details and to ask related questions


STEP 5
  • Applicant to reply so that writing and communication skills can be assessed


STEP 6
  • Further e-mail communication for clarification and proper documentation may (or may not) continue depending on applicants interest & suitability


STEP 7
  • Applicant to be matched with prospective employer and location
  • Phone interview to be arranged between both parties
  • PPI involvement in the selection and placement process ends here


STEP 8
  • Further interviews and e-mail communication may be arranged to determine suitability for both parties


STEP 9
  • Request of documentation to include:
    1. Passport Copy
    2. Educational Certificates or Industry Qualifications
    3. Confirmation of Employment & Recommendation from a previous employer
    4. Character reference

  • Contract Signing

  • Induction and Training
